How we’ll create your custom-made marketing case study

Our 3-step process saves you time and energy.

Lets Get Started

STEP 1.

Planning

Collect relevant information and statistics for your new case study through our interactive case study creation process.

First, we collect all of the analytics and information about your client’s experience with your product or service. This will give us an idea of how they used your product or service and the value they got from it. It’ll also help us understand what the problems were before they started working with you.

Second, we interview them! Nothing helps us more than talking directly with someone who’s participated in something new and exciting together. Interviewing them will also help you get more context for their experience—you may find out things that happened outside of their relationship with your company that contributed to the success.

Thirdly, we research the industry for relevant data points. This might seem like a no-brainer, but it can be easy to forget relevant information that you take for granted. If there are industry trends, we need to know about them.

STEP 2.

ASSEMBLY.

The Just Case Studies team gathers, compiles, researches, and writes your case study.

A case study is a story. And it’s not just any story—it’s the story of how you, the organization, or your team solved a problem and made something happen. It’s meant to be read by people who are interested in what you did and how it worked out for your client, so we’ll make sure that your case study is engaging and entertaining!

We tell the story with dramatic flair, reveal the major effect of the work done, and make sure there are no gaps in your narrative.

We also include thoughts on why things went well or didn’t go so well, who was involved and how they contributed, what resources were available, etc. Then we can talk about how to turn those details into a compelling narrative with the major results playing the starring role.

STEP 3.

REVIEW.

We’ll deliver your beautiful, custom-made case study, branded and ready to use, typically about just 2 short weeks after you order it.

We believe that your documents should be as beautiful as they are informative. So when we review and edit your copy, we’re not just making sure it’s grammatically correct—we’re also checking to make sure it’s easy on the eyes, with plenty of white space, big blocks of text, and lots of visuals.

Once we’ve finished editing, we’ll collect all of our visual elements (like photos and illustrations) and assemble them into a pretty PDF.

Then we send it to you for review. If you have minor changes, we work with you to nail those, so this becomes a living sales document for the lifetime of your company.
